1. Design Engineer (DE) 设计工程师

Design analog and mixed-signal ICs for Power Management Products utilizing leading edge sub-micron BiCMOS technologies. Develop state of the art products that include the following circuit types: op amps, comparators, interface circuits, voltage references, ADCs, DACs, delay elements, DC-DC converters, and power supply control algorithms. Products to be designed include charge pumps, switching regulators, linear regulators, display drivers, and power management ICs for fast-growing portable and non-portable markets such as broadband modems, PDAs, notebooks, cell phones, telecom, fiber optics, digital camera, and network equipment. Work on product definition, circuit synthesis from the transistor/resistor level up to the system level, simulation, layout supervision.

2. Product Engineer (PE) 产品工程师

New product development and production support

Responsibilities:

21. New Product Development: Evaluation, Qualification and Release new products
21. Leader of the new product development team including DE, FAB, TE, Assembly, AE, FA
21. Support customer issues

Requirements:

21. Good knowledge on Semiconductor, MSEE or equivalent
21. Good communication, writing and presentation skills
21. Good English skills (verbal and written)
21. Have product engineer experience is a plus

3. Failure Analysis Engineer (FA) 失效分析工程师

The Failure Analysis Engineer determines the root cause of IC failure by using analog semiconductor IC related knowledge and technology and combining with professional FA techniques. Once the failure root cause has been identified, the Failure Analysis Engineer works with the relative department to solve the issue and take action to prevent it happen again.

Responsibilities:  

21. Support R&D (New Design/Process/Package development)
21. Support Internal Products yield enhancement
21. Customer’s failure analysis

Requirements:

21. Master degree (Semiconductor and micro-electronics Tech)
21. Good knowledge of analog circuit, device, semiconductor IC manufacture process, etc.
21. Strong in analytical and communication skills(both verbal and written English)
21. Self-motivated, responsibility, goal-oriented and able to work in a team environment

4. Test Engineer (TE) 测试工程师

Responsibilities:

21. Require strong understanding of fundamental electrical concepts
21. Design component-level circuits for precision parametric measurement, dynamic signal analysis and modifies automated test system software for analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits
21. Develop test solutions for clearly defined projects (limited in complexity, with precedents available)
21. Use high speed, DSP based, state of the art automatic test equipment (ATE)
21. Involved in all phases of product development: design for testability, test hardware and software design, hands-on debug, correlation, characterization and production release
21. Organize assignments and schedules time to complete assigned projects within an established timeline
21. Communicate with others to solve routine problems and express ideas in a group setting

Requirements:

21. MSEE or equivalent
21. Strong understanding of fundamental electrical concepts
21. Familiar with C/C++ language programming and debugging
21. Good English skills (verbal and written), CET-6 or above
21. Fast learning and good problem-solving skills
21. Working experience on Analog / Mixed Signal IC testing is a plus

5. Yield Enhancement Engineer (YE) 良率提升工程师

Responsibilities:

21. Dispose responsible products on hold lots daily;
21.  Low yield product analysis and yield improvement of responsible products
21. Responsible product quality improvement
21. Mask change qualification
21. Fab transfer qualification
21. Responsible for products cost reduction related engineering work, such as bond wire reduction, Cu wire qualification and PBL removal
21. Provide supports for other groups and customers in a timely manner
21. Develop solutions to clearly defined problems (limited in complexity, with precedents available)

Requirements:

21. MSEE of Micro Electronics or related Electrical Engineering
21. Basic knowledge of analog/digital circuits, device physics, IC manufacture process, Assembly process and related IC testing process
21. Self motivated, strong ability for team work
21. Good communications skills for both verbal and writing in English

6. Production Test Engineer (PTE) 生产测试工程师

This position is set to sustain wafer sort production and final test production, solve production test issue to improve test quality, yield and efficiency etc.

Responsibilities:

21. Dispose production on hold lots
21. Support test floor’s day-to-day issues (test systems, handlers and product)
21. Solve some simple test SW or HW issues, complete the released paperwork
21. FT/WS new product release and product transfer
21. Perform other jobs assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

21. Electrical Engineering or equivalent
21. Understanding ASL-1000 and Eagle tester operations
21. Familiar with C/C++ programming
21. Fundamental electronic theory
21. Good communication skill in English and Chinese

7. IT Software Engineer(ISE) IT软件工程师

Responsibilities:

21. Design reports using Crystal Report and MS SQL reporting service
21. Support & Train application users
21. Design workflow using flow platform
21. Diagnose, identify and fix complex system problems independently
21. Support business application independently
21. Investigation/fixing and clearing of bugs in systems
21. Consult to business users
21. Produce technical documentation
21. Maintain end-user documentation and support training efforts
21. Implementing new modules and upgrade new releases
21. Fully participate as a member of a project team
21. Project implementation

Requirements:

21. Bachelor degree in related subject: Computer Science, Information Technology, and Information Management etc.
21. Knowledge of C# or other B/S languages and one of databases: Oracle, SQL server, MYSQL； MES，ERP, CRM, or related MIS experience will be preferred
21. Good team work and communicate effectively with peers and end-users
21. Good reading and writing skills in English. Good spoken English skill will be preferred
21. Quick learner and team worker, strong passion on technology

8. Intellectual Property Engineer(IP Engineer) 专利工程师

Responsibilities:

21. Drafting and analysis of patent applications and responding to office actions
21. Assist in patent litigation and other legal-related activities

Requirements:

21. At least a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in power electronics and semiconductors
21. Excellent Chinese and English writing skills

9. Software Engineer(SE) 软件工程师

Responsibilities:

21. Design & debug an new MPS Design Software
21. Update and maintain MPS popular Design Software

Requirements:

21. Familiar with VS2010,Experience on software design with C# will be better
21. Familiar with NET 3.5/4.0, MVC, LINQ and Firmware will be great
21. Familiar with photoshop, dreamwavor, Illustrator will be better
21. Good communication/ writing and presentation skills in English
21. Good team player

10. Sales Engineer(Sales) 销售工程师

Responsibilities:

21. Build relationship and cooperate with End Customers, distributors, FAE and Marketing team
21. Manage key customers
21. Searching and organizing resource. Drive and influence others to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

21. Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering
21. Good oral and written communications skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required
21. Should be self starter, highly energetic, flexible, capable of making sound project decisions, and detail orientated
21. Can communicate in English.

11. Application Engineer(AE) 应用工程师

Responsibilities:

21. Work with design engineers, field applications and marketing team to define and debug analog IC products
21. Evaluate new products and generate reports
21. Develop application reference circuits
21. Write datasheets, application notes, design notes
21. Provide application support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers

Requirements:

21. MSEE or equivalent
21. With hardware implementation skills
21. With ability of analyzing complex analog and power electronic circuit
21. Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
21. Fluent communication skills in English
21. Experience in a power industry or power management IC company will be better

12. Field Application Engineer(FAE) 现场应用工程师

Promote MPS products to customers’ R&D team and conduct training for customers on how to design the power system

Responsibilities:

21. Technical support to key customers on MPS products and help customers to solve the issues
21. Design the power board for key customers and offer the competitive solution
21. Conduct product presentation and training to internal and distributors’ sales 
21. Feedback information to Marketing& Design team on market trend, competitor analysis, and new product definition

Requirements:

21. Strong technical knowledge of products
21. Ability to take initiative in problem solving
21. Good interpersonal skills
21. Adaptability- ability to meet changed condition
21. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good team spirit
21. Fluent English (both written and spoken)
